Fish....
Generally, treat lightly..
A little butter in a pan, a little salt and pepper and squeeze a lemon on top..
Or shake a little of one of the "Club House" mixes and broil for 10 mins
Or Place in a steamer with fresh dill and taragon on the infuser tray...
Basicly, really simple and light is what you do with almost any fish..
If you have to buy frozen stuff cause that is all that is around, go with the unbattered steaks and filets, most are already pre-seasoned and into a toaster over for 15 mins and server. Some of then are not bad..
