Strawberry Pie
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
2 tbs cornstarch
1 sm box strawberry jello
4 cups fresh strawberries
1 baked pie shell
Combine sugar and cornstarch. Add water, stir. Cook over medium heat, stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes longer or until mixture is thick and clear.
Drain strawberries and place in baked pie shell. Pour glaze over strawberries and chill...
You need to leave it in the fridge for at least a couple hours...basically you get fresh strawberries mixed into strawberry jello in a pie shell....tastes pretty damn good
