| Well lets see....Its tasty as Aysa said. Its a typical puertorrican dessert. My dad and I fight over who gets the last piece. Not only is it flavorful and a great soft consistency of yumminess in your mouth...it also bring back memories. And I have yet to taste anything I have liked more. In fact, a few weeks ago Meed and I ate at a restaurant that had some awesome flan. I must go back soon! | |

| http://www.flickr.com/photos/etherealprey/sets/72157605310030323/ Flan es Cedo is my dads favorite.Made in Mayaguez PR. My childhoods favorite as well. I have a scar on my hand from making my own flan. Horrible burn from caramilized sugar. I don't make flan often, but when I do meed tends to eat most of it since he loves it as well | |

Nub, your thinking Creme Brulie. Creme Caramel is the ring of eggy whiteness with the "caramel" brown ring on the top. I can understand about food and memory. But your fav? Creme Brulie is rich and creamy too.

| It is just up there with "Italian Pastries" for me. The undessert. I figured you for a full on New York Cherry cheese cake or a Mudslide browney, just something far more dedicdent.
And I will get around to it, I promiss... eventually... maybe... someday...
