4 cups of seeded and chopped tomatoes
1 fresh jalepeno, seeded and chopped finely, (white stuff is bad.)
1 chili pepper, seeded and chopped finely, (NO WHITE STUFF =P)
1 onion, any onion 0o, chopped finely
2-3 cloves of garlic, chopped finely
½ cup basil or cilantro (or coriander…same thing), chopped…. Just pick w/e is good =)
¼ cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste =)
Hot Sauce to taste =)
Lemon juice 1 squirt 0o only a little.
About 1 tbls of rice wine vinegar
In bowl, let rest over night in refrigerator, serve at room temperature =)
