10 - 12 min raw to cooked chicken?

I would change this a little. I would roast (dry rubbed with the same spices) the breasts before, allow to cool then dice and add into sauce. It is personal preference but I prefer the texture of roasted chicken over boiled. Also I would take out one of the breasts and put in 2 boneless/skinless thies, for a mixture o textures and more flavour in the thies (plus 1/2 the cost).

If you are brave enough to try it my way let me know what you think next tim you try Trovan.
