Gotta admit I'm not exactly hooked so far.... it just feels like its missing something to me... Its almost like Lineage when it first started, more of a trial version! Lots of stuff that doesnt work and things.

Plus I can play for an average of about 15-20 mins before my pc dies and kills my poor little orcy :'(

We are not having the crashing problems but ya, everyone has that feeling that it is not quite there yet.
Activity is up and down depending on what each hot patch has fixed or broken in turn.
If you try and catch up with some of the other threads you will find it. Patiance, what this game wants to do, the potential of the RvR system, the seiging, and everything else they have build into the game will make it one of the best MMO's for people who find WoW too carebear and L2 to political. It takes aspects of both but it was "rushed" to release (even though it was a year late) and nothing works quite right...
But once it is working, it will be a great game. I just hope 1.1 shows that my faith in them fixing things is not misplaced, cause that would suck.
